Lactofree Instant Pot Cheesecake

I made an Lactofree cheesecake in my Instant Pot yesterday as I had been drooling over all the yummy pictures but I’m lactose intolerant. Attached is the PDF recipe if you would like to try it. I used the recipe Amy + Jacky created (well version #17!) as a base then switched out the lactose containing products for lactose free ones, although had to make a few other adjustments as Arla don’t have a sour cream in the Lactofree range, just a regular one. You can switch it up with…

Black Friday 2017

It seems that Black Friday has come early this year, in the sale sense of the event! Retailers everywhere are trying to get your custom in the run up to the festive season. With all the sale events already happening already, it shouldn’t be too hard to find something you have been looking for or for that perfect prezzie for someone else. There have been a few items that I have been looking at getting, and Black Friday sales seem the perfect time to push the boat out and finally…

NaNoWriMo 2017

Are you participating in NaNo this year? Not sure what NaNo is? NaNoWriMo stands for National Novel Writing Month, which I will shorten to NaNo here, during NaNo, the idea is to challenge yourself to write 50,000 words in just 30 days – that’s not as scary as it sounds as it only works out to 1,667 words per day, which I usually find to be around 2 pages of typed words in size 11 font, on an A4 page (could be more or less depending on the font/size/page size…

Since I last posted anything a lot has been going on,…

Following on from the previous post, I have now added to the Files page the first quarter of 2013’s week on 2 pages Enhanced Time Management pages in month sets. This is to allow for Teachers with holidays that don’t fit with the Essex UK School term dates to print off the relevant pages to use with the Teachers Organiser, or if you aren’t a Teacher but still like the look of my pages then you can also download and print them! There are also now some blank Teacher Planner…

Teachers Planner Files To Download

As you may have seen from my last post, I designed a layout that I wanted my Teachers Planner to look like. I have now made the files and with the help of Ray over at  My Life All In One Place, they have now been merged and the dates added. The pages consist of a day on two pages, with the 5 lesson planner on the left and notes/tasks for the day on the right, a two page spread for each weekday (so Monday to Friday): Followed by the…
