Motivated March

March has arrived on the scene and brought with it a healthy dose of motivation, enthusiasm and drive for me. I have somehow managed to gather several financial commitments this month, mobile upgrade charges, dental charges and website running costs to name but a few of the biggest. It’s not like I haven’t been working all the hours I possibly could either, it’s just that there is only so far the results of all that hard work will stretch! Since I last posted anything a lot has been going on,…

FlyLady Pages Added To Files Page

For those of you that have requested the file I created of the 11 commandments and the the 31 baby steps, I have finally found the file and have edited it so that it is suitable for anyone to print on whichever sized paper they have (the original one I created was set to A5 page size as I print straight to A5 paper). I hope it helps you get started/continue in the FlyLady way! Obviously as it is in Word, you can change the colours and font to suit…

Non Teaching Weekly ETM Pages & Blank Teacher Planner Pages Added

Following on from the previous post, I have now added to the Files page the first quarter of 2013’s week on 2 pages Enhanced Time Management pages in month sets. This is to allow for Teachers with holidays that don’t fit with the Essex UK School term dates to print off the relevant pages to use with the Teachers Organiser, or if you aren’t a Teacher but still like the look of my pages then you can also download and print them! There are also now some blank Teacher Planner…

RPi Has Arrived But…

I have been informed that my Raspberry Pi has been delivered, the trouble is I am still in the middle of a field and can’t play with it! Funny thing is the RPI that has been delivered is the 2nd one that I ordered from a completely different supplier, the 1st one still has no sign of having been processed let alone sent out. I only ordered the RPi and power cable with this one as I have ordered all the items I need with the original order so thought…

Coming to you from the middle of a field…

This afternoon I made my way to the middle of a field in Essex to set up ready for Essex International Jamboree 2012 (EIJ2012), where I will be spending the next 10 days. I am on the media team, writing for the Jamboree newspaper so during the course of the week I will be fortunate enough to see for myself and report on all the activities the participants are taking part in and enjoying. We have a small team of reporters, some of which I have worked with at a…

Custom Inserts

I have been using the week per view insert that came with my Filofax (which I like – bought one the same layout for my A5 as that had a vertical one and I can’t get on with that sort, had the A5 prior to my personal sized Songbird purchase too). However, I am still not convinced this is the best set up so I have also been trying a Dodo pad insert as well. I like the colourfulness and the images in the Dodo but I am not getting…
